Go through the Burgener warm up with a PVC pipe and focus on really great form for five minutes.

CrossFit Kids - Broad Jumps
7 Broad Jumps
Each attempt must be for max distance. Rest at least 1:00 between attempts. Measure each jump and post the max and minimum distance jumped.
Then practice kipping on the pull up bar for at least 5 minutes.
