25 Push ups

The Porch:
3 Rounds

Run 400 M
15 Pull ups (Mix of Beginner, Jumping and Assisted Pull ups okay)
15 Push ups
15 sit ups
15 squats

Puppies:
3 Rounds

Run 200 M
10 Pull ups (Beginner, Jumping and Assisted Pull ups okay)
10 Push ups (Box or Wall Push ups okay)
10 sit ups
10 squats

Buttercups:
2 Rounds

Run 200 M
10 Pull ups (Beginner, Jumping and Assisted Pull ups okay)
