Bear Complex
Clean from floor, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press, return to floor = 1 rep
Note : If form is not yet solid, do this workout without the clock, and concentrate on proper form.

Cash Out
Jump Rope 3 minutes
Broad Jump 2 minutes
Tuck Jump 1 minute

Last night's CrossFit Kids workout was a lot of fun for the kids. The lines moved quickly and the kid's really liked the ball toss at the end of the line.

Hi, so sorry i haven't been posting lately, i have been really busy with homework smileTonight with Coach Jeff, me, courtney, and duncan did backsquats and shoulder press, and then me and courtney did 25 pull ups and 50 squats. I backsquatted #85 and shoulder pressed #65. I am so proud of myself!
