What is the cost of CrossFit Kids Affiliation?

As of January 1st, 2009 CrossFit Kids Affiliation costs $500 annually.
Please Note :
Each Trainer working with kids needs to have a criminal background check run
annually. The fee for this background check is $50 each and is in addition to the annual fee.

    All the information you need about the CFK certs can be found on the Main Page at http://www.crossfit.com. Look in the right margin and scroll down until you find the CF Kids Certification section (it is under K, between the Kettlebell and Nutrition certs). This is also where you can register.

  5. I would like more info as to what is provided to a crossfit kids affiliate? Do you recieve lesson plans, what kind of support do you offer?? As well once affiliated, are fees then the same annually?

    Thank you for your question.

    The CrossFit Kids Certification seminars contain instruction on kid specific cuing and programming, discussions of developmental considerations that make a kids' program unique, specifics on how to engage kids at various ages, and are packed full of valuable information regarding starting up and running a successful kids program.

    Affiliation requirements include an annual subscription to the CrossFit Kids Magazine which contains workouts for all age groups, game suggestions, cuing and trouble shooting movements, videos links to sample workouts and exercises, informational articles related to kids' health and fitness, articles regarding implementation ideas, kettlebell wods', soccer wods, teen challenges, and other features that offer a wide variety of information.

    Lesson plans are available for purchase in the CFK store. Affiliate fees currently remain "locked in" at the sign up rate.

    All CrossFit Kids affiliates have access to the CrossFit Kids website and the CFK HQ staff, available to answer questions or concerns.
