    First off, thank you so much for such an awesome CFK Cert! I attended the event last weekend (3/20 & 3/21). We are really excited to get our own CFK program up and running. Will we be receiving the follow up package of info any time soon? I haven't received mine yet.

    I wanted to ask if you have information on scaling for "Fight Gone Bad". We are running our 2nd Annual fundraiser "Miracle in 3 Rounds" on May 8th, and we would like to offer a kids heat (7-12 yrs). I understand scaling of loads and the way to teach these basic movements - I was just wondering if you alter the time domain ever? Should we be scaling it to 30 sec rounds? We will likely have a large group of kids (20 +), each with their own coach, running through FGB for the first time.

    Any tips / help would be greatly appreciated.

    Again, to you and Jeff - your family and staff - I had such a great time and came home truly inspired! Thank you!
